Returns

At OTM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 21 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligible Returns

• Item(s) must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging
• Item(s) must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date
• Item(s) on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return

Return Process

• Contact our customer service team at ecommerce@onthemapotm.com to initiate a return
• Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
• Our return address can be found on the original product packaging 
• Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging
• Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package
• Please ship via a traceable method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship
• Please allow up to 15 days from the time you mail your return for it to be processed

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to be processed
• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order on our website

Damaged or Defective Item(s)

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at ecommerce@onthemapotm.com within 14 days of the purchase date
• We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for the return
• We will process a refund or exchange for the damaged or defective item(s)
